My name is Kirin and I currently live in Los Angeles, California. I am a newly Certified Whole30 Coach and wanted to provide a platform for people looking for easy ways to live a healthy lifestyle. I am different because my medical knowledge has allowed me to perform and understand tons of research on what works and what doesn’t when it comes to good food and exercises that provide results for a healthier and happier lifestyle.
